Took my new outback in for it's first oil change. I was NOT informed that they do a complimentary car wash EACH visit. Do not do anything to someone's vehicle unless you ask! I am VERY particular with my vehicles. On 10/10/22 I paid for brake kit (brakes/rotors), along with a brake fluid flush on my front end. Also requested oil change. Quantrell stated I required a $470 package for front/rear differential fluid flush, and trans fluid flush, claiming I was due based on time and mileage. Usually this is 3-5 years, or 30-60K miles. My husband and I are extremely disappointed in how we were dealt with as perspective buyers. We expressed interest in a vehicle to a sales rep via the website. We were told the vehicle was in the shop for repairs and would be available to test drive upon completion. We were assured we would have that opportunity. Bought a 2006 Subaru Forester in 2019 with only 52,000 miles on it plus a 4 year warranty. Had every service performed at Quantrell Subaru from just oil changes to warranty work from having the engine oil seals replaced to a electrical problem that needed the TCM replaced. The service techs got oil all over the inside that Quantrell did detail out. The problem lies when the same electrical problem came back after 2 weeks. They had the car for 2 more weeks. I've been considering a new or used Suburu WRX-Premium. I live in Louisville, KY and have communicated with and/or visited several dealerships. Sales representative Michelle Barton is the only one that has actually listened to what I was looking for and followed up with useful information. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marlon Strings! Second vehicle we have gotten from Marlon. He will bring us back. Financing part was a headache. We applied 48 hrs ahead of time to streamline process and were approved, but still took two hours to complete the financing part of deal. Had an appointment for 1 pm to come in to complete paperwork, still took two hours!! Similar experience when we purchased Ascent six months before. If not for this delay, would have given 5 stars!!!

Bought my 2018 Forrester brand new, from quantrell. Only issue, was, my backup camera went out. Extended, warranty covered, it. Very professional .I will b bringing in roo2 for recommend service. Soon. They have always done right by me. When I owend my first roo. It was, problematic engine troubles. They replaced. Still had issues ended up trading it off. Got a fair deal. Winnfred was great to deal with. So I do recommend quantrell just wish they had dealer closer to where I'm from.

We love Subaru cars. We are on our third subaru and when we purchased it (used) we spent thousands of dollars on a warranty (that covered most things including engine and transmission problems). We felt most comfortable bringing it to the Lexington Subaru dealership thinking that they would be the best and know their stuff. That was by far the BIGGEST mistake we made. Quantrell sucks. I made a service appointment for them to install a remote starter two weeks in advance and to have a loaner for me. When I got to the appointment, they did not have the loaner or the remote! They expected me to order my own part in addition to making an appointment. And they just did it to me again today. I'll never use this place again. Not good enough for the Subaru label.

I bought this car new in April 2014, it hasn't been driven hard. The only accident was in May 2018 when someone rear ended me. This car has been great but became a major money pit this year. In Jan 2019 I had a 60,000 mile checkup, it was completed at 68,000 miles. I Mar 2019 the left front control arm was worn out and replaced after 70,000 miles. I complained about intermittent surging/jerking at low speeds, the tech couldn't duplicate the issue. I brought the vehicle in for a dash replacement (which was agreed upon prior to purchasing the vehicle) and Tim, my sales consultant and Donnie my sales manager tried to pull one over on me and put on a dash skin, rather than replace the entire thing. Got my 2014 Forester from here. Good solid vehicle. Quantrell just upgraded it's waiting room....VERY nice! Also have Saturday service hours now....though I will not be using them. Nice to sit in their waiting room (for an oil change) on a weekday eating fresh donuts and good coffee. This is a great place to buy great vehicles.

The website is a disaster. The photos don't match the description. Used cars are listed weeks after they have been sold or wholesaled. Could not be more pleased with the experience I had with Quantrell Subaru. I had a special order for a WRX STi and Quantrell was the most responsive and proactive of any of the Subaru dealers I worked with. Jim Grisso did a great job handling the sales transaction and I definitely appreciated his help and responsiveness during the process. Drove from Louisville for the deal and have absolutely no regrets whatsoever.
